REFORMER
Reformer FOUNDATION
New to Reformer Pilates? This 50 minute beginner focused class is designed to give new students a strong foundation that is grounded in the Pilates principles. In this class you will learn about correct body alignment, how to safely use the machine and time is taken to ensure you are getting the important basics and technique right. This class is suitable for all levels. Reformer FOUNDATION is also suitable for clients that are intermediate level and ready to amp up there technique.

Reformer POWER
Reformer POWER is open to intermediate & advanced pilates clients. The goal of this full-body workout is to strengthen, lengthen & tone your body. Using a variety of props, POWER is a 50 minute workout designed to inspire precision, balance and alignment within the body. Prepare to DRIP + SCULPT. This class is not suitable if you are 12 + weeks pregnant.

Reformer SWEAT
Reformer SWEAT is an open level cardio based Reformer class designed to make you sweat using the jump-board as the primary prop. Challenge your body and build your endurance and get ready to JUMP. The goal of this full-body workout is to strengthen, lengthen & tone your body, creating a SWEAT, burning calories and building endurance. This class is not suitable if you are 12 + weeks pregnant.

Mat SCULPT
Mat SCULPT is an open level flow style mat class that uses a variety of props to challenge, strengthen & lengthen the body. Using exercises from the advanced, intermediate and beginner Pilates repertoire, SCULPT will focuses on correct alignment, deep core activation & spinal mobility to effectively sculpt and tone every inch!

Vinyasa FLOW
Rooted in tradition, this Vinyasa Flow class offers a steady, breath-centered practice that emphasizes alignment, awareness, and intentional movement. Poses are linked through mindful transitions, allowing the breath to guide the body into a meditative rhythm. With a balanced structure that includes grounding, standing, and seated postures, this class creates space for inner focus and deep connection to the practice. Ideal for those seeking a slower, more intentional flow that honors the foundations of classical Vinyasa.

Barre SCULPT
Plié, Pulse + grow your glutes in Barre + SCULPT, this is a 45 minute class ensuring each workout is unique. Our barre classes are a combination of pilates and dance. Using balls, light weights, bands and body weight to ensure you get a burn in all the right places and see the results of long lean muscles. Be ready for high intensity intervals that will get your heart rate up and endorphins flowing. Our Barre classes are all Pre natal friendly.

Vinyasa DRIP
A fusion of Vinyasa flow and strength, designed to elevate your practice and get you sweating. Flow through creative, breath-led sequences that build heat from within — linking traditional Vinyasa postures with energizing sequences, intentional transitions and fluid movement. The use of small props is highly encouraged! This class honors the foundation of vinyasa while turning up the intensity. You’ll leave grounded, energized, and dripping in all the best ways. Open to all levels.

Mummy + ME
Mummy + ME is a mat class designed to strengthen your body postpartum so you can feel your confident best. This class combines the deep muscle engagement of Pilates, with a focus on how to reconnect and reactivate deep core muscles and the pelvic floor postpartum. And the best part? Mini-me can come too! This is also a great way to meet new mums/dads on the post natal journey.
This will be a small intimate class of 5 max plus little ones
It is recommended to bring your baby in a carrier or mat.
*Babies 12 months and under. If a complex delivery, clearance from a health professional should be provided.
